Direct answer
Official facts come from versioned Source Cards. Each card has a primary URL, a fetch date, a human verifier, and a content hash. A hosted model may explain selected public cards. It cannot invent a requirement, fill a missing fee, or write an Atlas number.
Community notes stay a separate voice. They never become a Source Chip or a legal requirement.
Where do Waymora’s official facts come from?
A Source Card is one official claim with jurisdiction, corridor, topic, effective dates, risk class, and status. Status is one of active, pending_review, superseded, or withdrawn. History is not overwritten. When a government page changes, the old text, the new text, and the effective date stay visible on a Change Receipt.
High-risk changes wait for a human reviewer before they are served as current. Synthetic fixtures used in tests are labeled synthetic-fixture and are not live legal claims.
Can an AI model invent a visa requirement in Waymora?
No. Copilot and destination generation run only after a Privacy Firewall classifies the prompt by origin and schema. Unmatched typed text is not treated as public. Allowed input is a generic public question plus retrieved public Source Cards, or an app-composed public framing that passed the detectors. Hosted DeepSeek may summarize those cards. A post-check rejects citations that were not retrieved.
If the firewall finds a personal or sensitive field, or if no matching card exists, the app returns the cards it has or a refusal. It does not guess a visa path or a missing number.
How does Waymora Atlas produce cost numbers?
Waymora Atlas stores Statistical Observations: geography, period, unit, source, confidence, and rights. A model never writes one. Country-level official series (for example World Bank, ILOSTAT, UN) can appear when those records exist. City rent and commercial cost baskets stay unpublished until a licensed source record is valid.
Monthly Burn, First 90 Days, Landing Runway, Housing Burden, and Cost Delta are calculated in the iPhone app from your inputs plus stored observation ids. Same inputs always produce the same result.
When is a Waymora page indexable?
A public page is indexable only when the claim is unique, sourced, dated, and useful without an account. Thin country-name swaps stay noindex. Private Journey and Vault paths are disallowed in robots.
