1. Who we are
Waymora is a move-abroad navigation product. The operator of the app and of waymora.app provides the service. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
The iPhone app helps you track official hosts, a deterministic Journey across Plan, Move, Land, and Settle, Change Receipts, document readiness on device, Scam Shield and Official Portal Guard, Arrival and Appointment modes, Family Window, and source-grounded Copilot answers. Launch Destination Modules cover Thailand and Vietnam. You can add another destination; official requirements appear when a verified pack covers that place.
waymora.app is a landing page plus research and policy pages. It is not a web copy of the Journey.
3. Not legal, immigration, or financial advice
Waymora is not a law firm, visa agency, or licensed immigration practice. It does not choose a visa, decide whether you qualify, coach form answers, file an application, or represent you before a government. Confirm every requirement, fee, and filing on the official government host. For regulated strategy, use a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
Official facts come from versioned Source Cards. High-risk source changes wait for a human reviewer before they are served as current. Community notes and Local Reality are not official requirements. Synthetic fixtures used in tests are labeled and are not live legal claims.
4. Scam Shield and official portals
Scam Shield compares a URL or offer to official hosts, lookalike patterns, and (where available) registry results. Output is indicators and a safer next action. It is not a verdict that a named person or business is a scammer, and a “no matching record” result is not proof of fraud. You remain responsible for money and documents you send.
5. Copilot and generation
Copilot may explain retrieved public Source Cards. It may refuse regulated-strategy questions and refer you to a licensed professional. A Privacy Firewall blocks personal and sensitive fields before a hosted DeepSeek call. Daily limits apply (0 Copilot answers on free, 300 on Pro; 0 destination generations on free, 600 on Pro, per UTC day). Official Source Cards still apply when the AI limit is used up.
6. Your responsibilities
- Use Waymora only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to break the Privacy Firewall or overload the API.
- Do not scrape, republish, or resell Source Cards or Destination Modules as your own official guidance.
- Keep government filings, appointments, and payments on the official host.
- You are responsible for notes, documents, and share text you store or send.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. Waymora is built for adults planning a move. If you use the app on behalf of a family member, you are responsible for that use. Family Window viewers see only what you share.
8. Waymora Pro
The app is free to download. Emergency contacts, official portals, Official Portal Guard, and critical scam warnings stay usable without Pro. Waymora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple:
- Monthly: $14.99 USD (or local Apple equivalent).
- Yearly: $79.99 USD (or local Apple equivalent).
- There is no lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Restoring purchases uses Apple’s restore flow, also available in More → Waymora Pro.
Prices can change. Apple will charge the then-current price at renewal under App Store rules. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.
9. On-device data and privacy
Journey state, the Document Vault, and Family Window live on your iPhone. Our Privacy Policy describes what stays on device and what the API and DeepSeek may receive. We do not currently create a Waymora account.
10. Intellectual property
Waymora, the corridor mark, Destination Modules, Source Card editorial work, and the site are owned by the operator of Waymora or its licensors. Official government text and hosts belong to those governments. You may use the app and cite public pages with attribution. You may not copy the product to build a competing service.
11. Third-party sites and services
Links to government portals, Apple, RevenueCat, and other sites are for convenience. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave Waymora. We are not responsible for those sites.
12. Availability
We aim to keep official hosts and Source Cards current. Governments change pages without notice. Connectivity fails. DeepSeek or Cloudflare can be down. Offline modes (Arrival, Appointment, emergency contacts) are built for that, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Disclaimers
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that a Source Card is complete, that Scam Shield will catch every lookalike, or that following a Next Critical Action will produce a visa, permit, or housing outcome.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF WAYMORA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR MISSED FILINGS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR WAYMORA PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence where that bar is not permitted.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the operator of Waymora against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your filings with a government, or content you store or share, except to the extent we caused the claim.
16. Termination
You may stop using the app and cancel Pro at any time. We may suspend access to networked features if you abuse the API, attempt to evade the Privacy Firewall, or use the service unlawfully. Sections that by nature should survive (including 3, 10, 13, 14, and 15) survive termination.
17. App Store
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the app price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel Pro.
19. General
These Terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Waymora for the service, together with the Privacy Policy and, for App Store downloads, Apple’s standard license. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains. A failure to enforce a section is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor that continues the service.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence still apply. These Terms do not invent a courtroom that would override those rights.
