Waymora cannot file a visa, call a government office for you, or replace local emergency services.

In the iPhone app

  • More → Help for emergency contacts, official portals, and Scam Shield.
  • More → Waymora Pro to restore purchases or manage the subscription.
  • iPhone Settings for language, appearance, and Reduce Motion.

Waymora Pro

Pro is $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year through Apple. There is no lifetime plan. Emergency contacts, official portals, Official Portal Guard, and critical scam warnings stay free.

  • Restore: open More → Waymora Pro → Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID that bought Pro.
  • Cancel or change plan: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Waymora. Deleting the app does not cancel Pro.
  • Refunds: request them from Apple. We cannot refund an App Store charge ourselves.

Official hosts and Source Cards

If a listed government host or a public claim looks wrong, do not use support for that. Send the URL and the official page that contradicts it to [email protected] or use the corrections page. Waymora versions the change instead of silently overwriting it.

Confirm every filing on the government site. Thailand and Vietnam research hubs list hosts on Official portals.

Copilot and privacy

Copilot answers public official rules. It will not choose a visa. Passport numbers, case ids, and similar fields are blocked before the hosted model. If you hit today’s AI limit, Source Cards still apply.

Privacy questions and deletion of server-side quota or usage records: [email protected]. Deleting the app removes on-device Journey, Vault, and Family Window data. Read the Privacy Policy.

Emergencies

If you are in danger, call the local emergency number. The app’s Emergency screen lists destination contacts for Thailand and Vietnam and stays usable without Pro. Email is the wrong channel for an unfolding emergency.

What to put in the email

  • What you expected, and what happened.
  • iPhone model and iOS version.
  • Whether Waymora Pro shows as active.
  • Destination and the screen you were on.
  • A screenshot, with passport numbers and case ids cropped out.
