Requirement Change Feed

Direct answer

This feed lists requirement changes a Waymora editor verified against the issuing agency's own page, with the old wording, the current wording, and the date each was checked. It is not a change-detection robot: an automated diff opens a review task, and nothing appears here until a human confirms it on the official source.

Method

  1. A crawler snapshots the official page and stores the text with its check date.
  2. A text difference opens an editorial review task. It never publishes on its own.
  3. An editor reads the agency page, records the old and current wording, and sets a risk class.
  4. Only high-risk verified changes become a Change Receipt in the app and a row in this feed.
  5. Corrections are logged publicly; a withdrawn change keeps its row and is marked withdrawn.

  • Publish a machine-detected diff as a requirement change.
  • Decide whether a change makes anyone eligible or ineligible.
  • Show which movers a change affected.
