Compare the host in your browser to evisa.gov.vn, thithucdientu.gov.vn, prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. Extra words, hyphens, or a different public suffix mean it is not the official portal. Waymora will not call an unnamed site “fraud” without an official source.
Look only at the host. Ignore path, language flags, and padlock icons. A site can show a lock and still be the wrong host. If the host is not in the list below, do not pay and do not upload a passport scan.
A mismatch is “not official.” It is not automatically a named fraud verdict. Community reports about lookalike patterns stay in a separate voice and never become an official source badge.
